1. Appointed professors/appointed research fellows
Requirements
PhDs 36 years old and below, with more than 12 months of consecutive overseas study or work experience; with 24 months or more of research experience.
Benefit package
§ Remuneration: annual income over 290,000RMB; teaching allowance, research performance bonus
§ Title: specially-appointed professor/specially-appointed research fellow; doctoral advisor
§ Funding: research start-up fund 300,000 RMB; 250,000 RMB settling-in allowance
§ Housing: transitional housing on campus; eligible to purchase residential apartments for teachers
2. Appointed associate professors/appointed associate research fellows
Requirements
PhDs 32 years old and below, with more than 12 months of consecutive overseas study or work experience
Benefit package
§ Remuneration: annual income over 240,000RMB; teaching allowance, research performance bonus
§ Title: specially-appointed associate professor/specially-appointed associate research fellow
§ Funding: research start-up fund 200,000 RMB; over 150,000 RMB settling-in allowance
§ Housing: eligible to purchase residential apartments developed for teachers
3. Postdocs
Requirements
We are looking for PhD graduates from China and abroad to work as postdoctoral associates. There are four types of postdoctoral positions:
§ Type A post-doctors: annual income over 300,000 RMB, funded by national postdoctoral programs
§ Type B post-doctors: annual income over 240,000 RMB
§ Type C post-doctors: annual income over 200,000 RMB
§ Project-funded post-doctors: income and benefit package equal to CUG faculty with intermediate professional titles
