April 14, 2022, Professors Min Wu and Yong He are listed as Highly Cited Chinese Researchers of the year 2021, released by the global information analytics business Elsevier.
Prof. Min Wu is a Fellow of IEEE (IEEE Fellow), a Fellow of the Chinese Association of Automation (CAA Fellow), Vice-President of the CAA Technical Committee on Control Theory, and an active member of the CAA Technical Committee on Process Control. Moreover, he serves as an Associate Editor of the editorial board of IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, Control Engineering Practice, Information Sciences, International Journal of Automation and Computing, Control Theory and Applications, Information and Control, and Drilling Engineering.
Prof. Yong He is a senior member of IEEE, a member of the CAA Technical Committee on Control Theory, a member of the CAA Technical Committee on Information Physical System Control and Decision, a member of the Professional Committee of Intelligent Aerospace System of Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI), a member of the Intelligent Physical Systems Modeling and Simulation of Chinese System Simulation Association. He now serves as an associate editor or editor for IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, Journal of the Franklin Institute, Control Theory and Technology, and Control and Decision.
The 2021 Elsevier Highly Cited Chinese Researchers are selected based on sources from Scopus—the globally recognized citation index, using the selection method designed by Shanghai Ranking, and 4,701 Chinese researchers are included. It is the eighth year that Elsevier and Shanghai Ranking collaboratively release the list, starting from the year 2015, and Prof. Min Wu and Prof. Yong He are enlisted for the eighth consecutive year.
